Partipation Info:

If you would like to participate in the holiday bazaar, please let us know in your email which days you would like to participate and what you would like to show. Nothing too big in terms of art. Remember everything will have to be brought in the day of and broken down at the end of each day. We have some 6’ tall moveable walls on wheels for visual artists. We have some tables available and a few extra pop up tents.

We will do our best to help you, but self sufficiency is key and will help us decide who we can work with.

Load in will begin at 9am each day. Show ready by 11am. Breakdown at 4pm and the gates close at 5pm.

We have on site, indoor storage for those participating over the full weekend. We will not be responsible for lost / stolen items so please take that into consideration.

We need everyone to be safe, friendly, professional, on time and on point. Please help us help you.

Speaking of help, how can we help you? Do you need a pop up tent, a clothing rack? A table? Let us know in your email.

Remember that safety is our #1 priority. Everyone will have to review and agree to the typical Covid screening questions. Properly social distance and wear a mask at all times unless you are eating or drinking in a private area.

You can see a video of the space here. (Note this video was made to desribe the flow of our Holiday Festival which has been postponed due to Covid restrictions.)

About Local Love

Local Love started in March 2020 as a weekly online exhibition platform to provide emergency Covid funding to local artists working in any medium. We worked with 63 artists and groups during 8 weeks of online exhibits and we also had a gallery to support local organizations. You can view Local Love 1.0 here. Local Love is about coming together as a community and supporting each other. Supporting local is very powerful on many fronts, and we encourage everyone to think about spending their money locally during the holidays.
